At Let's Go Scrunchies (LGS), each product is carefully handcrafted and quality-checked before dispatch. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict No Return and No Refund Policy.

No Returns or Exchanges

  • All products sold are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • We do not accept returns once the order is delivered.

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect selection by the customer
  • Delay in delivery caused by courier partners

Damaged or Wrong Product

In case you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order details
  • Clear unboxing video proof

After verification, we may offer a replacement (if applicable). No refunds will be issued.

Color & Design Variation

Slight variations in color or design may occur due to lighting and screen differences or the handmade nature of products. These are not considered defects.
